Year 2 children took part in a gymnastics competition at Trinity School on Tuesday 23rd February.
We had two teams, who did extremely well. One team came 5th and the other 3rd, which meant they got a bronze medal awarded.

Monday 18th January is International Day. Your child may come to school dressed as an animal. Please send in your donations to our Malawi charity with your child.

On Thursday 26th November Year 2 took part in a trench building exercise on the field. They collaborated to build trenches and hide in them from the enemy, this was to help them understand what it may have been like for soldiers in WW1, without the rats, lice and gunfire.

On Thursday 22nd October we had a whole school Curriculum Freeze Day.
Each class chose a topic to create a days worth of activities around.
We had topics such as Autumn, Colour, Dinosaurs, Animations and Sinking and Floating.
The children accessed various activities involving literacy, maths, science and art.

This morning HB6 had their Class Assembly, they really were Superheroes!
